Last updated: 15 October 2026

This policy explains how DigitalScore (“we”, “us”) collects and uses personal information when you visit digitalscore.co.uk, contact us, or are contacted by us about our services.

Who we are

DigitalScore is the controller of your personal information. You can contact us at [email protected].

What we collect

  • Enquiries: when you use our contact form, we collect your name, work email, company or website, the service you are interested in, and your message.
  • Business contact details: if we contact you about our services, we use business contact details such as your name, job title, company, work email address and professional profile, taken from public sources or from your own correspondence with us.
  • Website usage: we use analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as pages viewed, referral source, device and approximate location.
  • Technical data: our hosting and security providers process IP addresses and request logs to keep the site running and secure.

Why we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and discuss our services. Our basis is our legitimate interest in responding to you, or taking steps you request before a contract.
  • To contact businesses about services we think are relevant to them. Our basis is our legitimate interest in business development. We keep this proportionate, and you can object at any time (see below).
  • To measure and improve the website, using analytics. Where required, we do this with your consent.
  • To keep the site secure and prevent abuse, on the basis of our legitimate interest.

Contacting you about our services

If we email or message you about our services, we will identify ourselves and tell you how to opt out. Reply with “unsubscribe” or email us at the address above and we will stop contacting you and note your preference.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We use service providers who process it on our behalf:

  • Web3Forms to deliver contact form submissions to us.
  • Google for analytics and for our email and workspace tools.
  • Cloudflare for content delivery and security.
  • DigitalOcean for website hosting.

Some of these providers may process information outside your country. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and business contact information only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, and delete or anonymise it when it is no longer needed. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we keep a minimal record so we respect your request.

Cookies and analytics

We use analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. Where the law requires it, we only set these after you have agreed. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to restrict or object to how we use it, to withdraw consent, and to receive a copy of it. To use any of these rights, email us at the address above. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
